Initiated in 1996, The Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association is a trade association representing all segments of the residential building industry in the city of New Braunfels, Comal County, and surrounding areas. Its mission is to enhance its members’ ability to provide safe, affordable, quality housing to the citizens of the local communities.

Why join the Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association? Membership in the GNBHBA has great benefits for you and your company, even if you are not a homebuilder. Since you make your living in the building industry, residential or commercial, GNBHBA is YOUR association.

Builders, tradespersons, suppliers, retailers, designers, engineers, and lenders are among our extensive membership base. The GNBHBA also serves as the New Braunfels’ and Comal County’s most credible and reliable resource for homeowners looking to build, remodel, repair, or find helpful information regarding homeownership and maintenance.

  • Builder Members: Annual dues are $650.00. Annual membership is open to any person, firm, or corporation in the construction, remodeling, and land development businesses. Builders, developers, and remodelers - select this option.

  • Associate Members: Annual dues are $650.00. Annual membership is open to any person, firm, or corporation engaged in any trade, industry, or profession allied to building & construction as well as others interested in the advancement and marketing of the commercial and residential building industries. Trades (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc), retailers, suppliers, lenders, designers, etc. - select this option.
